"The Government has today published its long-awaited White Paper, setting out far-reaching proposals on how football is to be regulated, how clubs are to be managed and on how the rights of supporters are to be protected. Taken together, these proposals represent the most far-reaching reform of English football in living memory.
Blackpool Supporters Trust welcomes the proposals wholeheartedly, having been perhaps the first Trust to petition Parliament for independent regulation as long ago as 2018. We will play as active a role as possible in putting them into law, and into practice".
